The campus community is invited to attend a short program and discussion on “The Future of Undergraduate Education” on Thursday, May 31 from 11:30am-1:10pm at the Fluno Center, Skyview Room, cost-hosted by the College of Letters and Science, the Center for Ethics and Education and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAAS).
The program will be presented by Dean Karl Schulz and Michael McPherson, president emeritus, Spencer Foundation, and will feature both a faculty and student panel. Each panelist will briefly present an instructional strategy or practice that has worked well and that they think should be more widely shared. Participants will discuss these strategies and others at tables.
Lunch will be provided; no registration necessary.
